  • Oil Massage

One of the best remedies to deal with dry and rough hands is by an oil massage. It is one of the oldest remedies for rough hands. You can use oil like coconut oil, olive oil or any other oil.

Warm the oil you are using and massage your hands with it for 5 to 10 minutes. Follow this remedy for two to three weeks.

  • Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is great for skin. It is also very helpful in managing dry and rough hands, especially the skin cracks that occur on the knuckle. Aloe vera is the best remedy for the flaky and dull skin that is common is winter.

Take an aloe vera leaf and slit it to extract the fresh gel. Apply the gel on the hands and let it stay for 15 to 20 minutes. Apply it two times a day.

  • Fresh Cream

The fat present in fresh cream offers optimum moisture to the dry skin of the hands. Also, the lactic acid in the cream helps in exfoliating the skin and establishes optimum pH level of the skin to keep it soft and smooth.

Take milk cream and apply it on the palms and all over the hands. You can also add two tablespoons of gram flour if you want. Let it sit for five to ten minutes. Rub it over the hands for about one to two minutes. Rinse with water. Follow the remedy 2 to 3 times a week.

  • Ripe Bananas

Bananas are great for hands. Ripe bananas help in fighting roughness, dryness and also wrinkles. It moisturizes the skin well.

Take one or two ripe bananas. Peel it and mash it. Add one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon olive oil to it. Apply this paste on your hands. Let it stay for 20 to 30 minutes. Wash with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two times a week to get soft hands.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar helps in dealing with dry and cracked hands. IT helps in restoring the pH balance of the skin and retains the moisture. It helps in exfoliation of dead skin and gives soft hands.

Take a large bowl. Pour a cup of apple cider vinegar, 2 to 3 tablespoon olive oil and two cups of warm water in it. Soak the hands in this solution for 10 to 15 minutes. Follow the remedy one to two times a week.
